The 2009-12 Mitsubishi Eclipse Diode Dynamics LED Fog Light Kit are a direct replacement for your stock bulbs and will provide better visibility. Diode Dynamics is a leading designer and manufacturer of lighting accessories for all automotive makes and models out for St. Louis Missouri. Diode Dynamics uses only the highest quality LED chips in the production of its bulbs. While their bulbs may look the same as other brands on the market, most use economy grade LED chips in order to reduce costs. This greatly reduces the reliability and overall brightness of the bulb when you compare it to Diode Dynamics.
LED OPTIONS
HP48 – 280 Lumens (Bright) : 27 three-chip 5050-size Epistar SMDs arranged in 360 degrees. Six radial panels of three chips, and a forward-facing six-chip panel. Main body material is PCB.
XP80 – 510 Lumens (Brighter) : Each of the four sides of this bulb contains three 5W-rated chips, and the top is fitted with four more under a projector lens. This is the brightest self-contained automotive LED bulb on the market, and is housed in an aluminum casing with a textured finish for maximum heatsinking properties.
SLF – 780 Lumens (Street Legal Output) : Opposing automotive-grade high-power emitters. Durable zinc alloy heatsink. Optically correct focus, more light to the road.
