PayPal Purchases

We do accept PayPal payment but will only ship to a confirmed address. If you send a PayPal payment with an unconfirmed address you will be refunded and your order will not process. If your PayPal address is not confirmed please choose one of our other payment methods. You can checkout via PayPal and use a Credit Card without a PayPal Account!

International Orders

We can ship internationally although we do not offer an online checkout option for international orders. (This includes Puerto Rico, Canada as well as Hawaii and Alaska) All international orders must be placed over the phone or email with an Auto City Imports sales representative. Before ordering and sending payment you must email us at [email protected] or call us (1-586-797-9083) for a correct shipping rate as the shipping rates provided on the site are only valid to the lower 48 states.

Shipping

Most all orders ship with standard ground shipping. (USPS,UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or DHL Ground.) All items in stock will arrive promptly after payment is received. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery of most items . If you need faster delivery please email at [email protected] or call (1-586-797-9083) in advance for availability and express shipment options and prices.

Oversized items such as Body Kits and Hoods will be shipped via freight. We usually use UPS or LTL Freight and shipping time vary.  On freight shipments the carrier will call your contact phone number when they are in your town to schedule an exact day and time to deliver your package. (Please inspect contents for damages before signing and accepting the package) once the package is accepted no further claims can be made.

All shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart total. This includes handling, packaging and insured shipping to your door. All shipping rates available on the site are set up for the lower 48 states only, if you need a product shipped anywhere besides the lower 48 states please contact us for the correct shipping rate.

Tracking Numbers

We do offer tracking numbers for orders that qualify so please DO NOT call and ask us to give you one or track your package. This is done to help maintain the security and safety of the order. If we supply the tracking number some people try to change the address we shipped to which can circumvent the safety measures we’ve taken to make sure we’ve shipped to the billing address on your credit card. This is a big enough problem that both credit card processors and carriers alike warn online retailers not to give tracking numbers out. If it is 2 or more days past the estimated arrival date and you still have not received your order please email us and we will track the package for you. If you call, we can not look up the invoice, locate the tracking number and track it all while you are on hold…so you will be informed to email us at [email protected]. We will take your information and call you back or email you within 48hrs.

Back-Order Policy

Although we strive to provide fast shipping on all orders, from time to time a product may be placed on backorder from the manufacturer or one of our suppliers. If this becomes the case for your order you will be notified promptly. If the wait time is more than 6 weeks and you choose not to wait for the item to be restocked we will cancel the order and issue a refund at your request. All backorders under 6 weeks cannot be cancelled unless part is prohibiting vehicle from operating.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be given on defective products or incorrect shipments. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (less original shipping fee) and must be approved by a sales representative at Auto City Imports. This is done by calling or emailing and requesting an RMA “Return Merchandise Authorization” Number. Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box that has not been defaced, opened, or altered in any way unless special arrangements have been approved with an authorized Auto City Imports Sales representative. All returned items must returned to us within 10 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless item is defective or incorrect.

Should you wish to cancel an order before shipment has been made there is a 5% fee to cover CC processing fees we acquire when processing your order. for example, If you purchased an item for $100 and then decided you no longer wanted it. If we are able to successfully cancel the order before it was shipped, you would receive a $95 refund.

Even if an item is advertised with “free shipping” A shipping fee was paid to get that item to you. Should you wish to return an item that had free shipping, the actual shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund. Please note the % fee is AFTER the shipping is already deducted.  For example; If you wanted to return a $100 item that had a $20 shipping fee, You would be assessed the 25% fee on the $100 and receive a $75 total refund. The $20 shipping fee is non refundable. Second Example. If you wanted to return an item that was $100 with free shipping. We would disclose the actual shipping cost we paid for the item, lets say for this example it was $20. We would remove $20 from the $100, then charge the 25% restocking fee on the remaining $80, which would leave you with a $60 refund. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

There are NO RETURNS or exchanges on exterior body parts including front bumpers, rear bumpers, side skirts, hoods, fenders, or spoilers (No Exceptions). Stress cracks and small pitting is normal with fiberglass and is not considered damaged or defective. Aftermarket fiberglass body parts are not made as an OEM direct bolt on replacement part and may require special attention to insure proper fit including sanding, trimming, and in some cases even cutting and re-working the fiberglass. (This is a normal part of the installation process with fiberglass) Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber Hoods may require adjustment of latches, hooks, and/or fenders as a necessary part of the normal installation to ensure proper fit. (All aftermarket hoods require hood pins to hold hood in place safely) Body Kits, Fenders, Hoods, and Spoilers are sold “as is” and have no warrantee. These parts CAN NOT be returned under any circumstances.

There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for electronic components. (No Exceptions) i.e. Cobb Accessports

The are no Returns for custom or “made to order” Products. This includes ALL Seibon parts as well and Auto Kits X parts. This also includes any parts that come with a carbon fiber or painted “add on” option – No Exceptions

Please report any shipping damages to the carrier immediately… all claims of product damage due to shipping must be made with the shipper. AutoCityImports.com will not initiate claims with the shipper for damage or missing items on your behalf.

NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS (This includes products that are not in stock).  However, we will cover return shipping if we made a mistake on our end and will cover the cost to get the correct part/parts out to you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned items must returned to us within 10 days.

Warranties

Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer. All product warranties will be dealt with directly between the customer and the manufacturer. Be aware that all body kits, hoods, and fenders have no warrantee and are considered sold “As Is”

Sales Tax

Tax is added for customers within the state of Ohio at 8% and California at 10%. As more states join the Nexus program tax programs will be updated.

Privacy Notice

All information gathered by AutoCityImports.com through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information will be used only to make sure that your order is processed correctly and shipped in the timeliest manner. All orders from our website are done on a secure server and may be placed 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Orders that are made via credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the name on the credit card.

Product Pricing – All pricing on the site is subject change at any time without notice. The most current pricing on the site is listed although sometimes an item may reflect an older price structure. In some cases we may not be able to honor a price that is listed. If you order an item using the online checkout and the pricing reflects that of a past pricing structure you will be given the choice of canceling your order or paying the difference to cover the price difference.

Product Availability – We deal with over 15,000 parts in our database and over 100 different manufacturers. Sometimes products are discontinued without warning or notification from the manufacturer. If an order is placed using our online checkout and it reflects that of an older product availability sheet you will be contacted and given a full refund for the part that is no longer available.
